From the point I read your email explanation of the service you provide as a broker/carrier, I was convinced that you would be my selection for this, my first experience in transporting my car. The followup to my acceptance of your proposal proved to be frequent and helpful. The days and time quoted were adhered to and the pickup driver who called to advise me of his arrival was courteous and considerate of my schedule. The pickup was made, on time, at my convenience. I subsequently received calls advising me of the driver's progress and I was given the option of changing the delivery point to accomodate the earlier than expected delivery. The same concern that I received for the pickup was extended to the people at the alternate delivery point and the delivery was completed in 50 hours from the pickup. A distance of some 1400 miles. I was impressed. I will certainly use Stateway the next time I have the need to transport my car.
