This was my first auto transport experience. I bought a car on ebay and it was too far away to effectively travel and drive back. Finding Stateway was like finding a needle in a haystack of choices. Overall, the experience was great.
The car was picked up earlier than requested and therefore delivered sooner than was planned. The driver was great, we talked by phone several times working out the change in timing and he was always easy to talk with and professional. Pick up and delivery dates are not an exact science so be flexible.
The car arrived in in great condition, but it was dirty. It sat behind the exhaust stacks for a couple of days, and my pearl white car was pretty greasy. The car wash took 95% of it off and a hand wash/wax took care of the rest. I can deal with dirty.
Good mid-west company and great people. Would do it again!
