My experience with Stateway Auto Transport was very satisfactory. The
representative I placed my order with on the phone was very helpful
throughout the entire order. One thing I will note is that I wasn't
aware until after the order was placed that the remaining balance
(after paying the deposit) was due cash on delivery. This isn't a huge
deal but I would have liked it if that was pointed out to me up front.
Their service was extremely fast, although I was displeased
with the individual I purchased the vehicle from, seeing as how he
didn't answer his cell phone and missed the first available transport
and my car had to go on the second. This is obviously no fault of
Stateway Auto, however.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to ship a car.
