After reading over two dozen reviews on the qoutes I received, I eliminated all the pushy brokers, and the bad reviews. I called the last three carriers to interview them. I asked Jennifer to match one of her other slightly lower competitors. She did. Told her that I needed to have the car picked up BEFORE the 7 day deadline, she said she would. Provided my CC info on Thursday afternoon. FRIDAY afternoon the truck arrived for the pickup! Got a call from the driver SUNDAY afternoon saying that he was going to get in THAT NIGHT!! Told him where he could park (in a shopping plaza near by), and had the car unloaded and ready to go at 8 AM on MONDAY morning!! WOW. Checked the car, signed the Bill of Lading...paid him the balance... BOOM. DONE. NO HASSLE, total respect, total relaxation. STATEWAY is BOTH a carrier and a broker. If they can't do it themselves, they get someone to broker it out to. WELL DONE JENNIFER!! Thanks!!
