First I want to thank Eric for his great customer service :). Moving cars is no easy task especially when it comes to choosing a company you could trust to take care of your vehicle. Imagine trying to ship two cars from Texas to New York?? well that is exactly what I had to do and I chose Stateway Auto transport Inc. because of Eric's exceptional customer service, their price quote and the reviews I read from here.
I had many questions and Eric was very patient and kindly answered all of them. I had many other price quotes for over $2100 and my question to Eric was; why his way was lower than the other companies and he explained it to me. Basically since I was booking way in advance about 3 weeks or so that gives companies more time to search for a driver and the other companies were overcharging me. Just by our phone conversation he made me feel at ease.
I got a call from Stateway giving me notice of the date my cars will be picked up. Two days before the scheduled pick up, I got a call from the driver's wife. Then one day of the pick up I got a call from the driver letting me know the time he will pick up the cars and he was on time. My cars were picked up on a Thursday and delivered to NY on Sunday. Talk about FAST DELIVERY AND AWESOME SERVICE!
I WILL definitely recommend this company to my family and friends and will use it again given if the need arises.
