Dear Stateway,

Thanks for all the help. I would certainly rate you high. The service beginning to end was terrific. Susie -> the rep who organized the transport was top notch, really helpful, and outlined the process in layman's terms. I really enjoyed working with her. Victor -> the driver was also a pro. Showed up on time and was helpful throughout the transport and delivered on time. I would say... the only thing that would help is making the transport payable all up front on a credit card so there is no dealing with the bank. Otherwise, definitely a 5.
