6 Days start to finish - Even over Christmas

I negotiated and finalized my internet purchase of a like new 2010 F150 on Thursday evening, 12/22/2011 (Merry Christmas to me!). Even with the Christmas holiday falling on the Sunday, my vehicle was picked up on Tuesday 12/27 and delivered the from AL to IL the very next day.

I could not be more satisfied with the follow-though of Susie Weis & Jennifer Baker at Stateway. I hope they understand what a great driver relationship they have in Terry Pharr from J&L trucking in Hackleburg, AL. Both Terry and his wife were courteous (despite the cold), and kept me in the loop while the vehicle was in transit.

There was not a scratch to the truck and I could tell it could have easily been the other way had he not taken the time to cinch down the vehicle just the right way as clearance was tight for the Supercab F150.

Terry obviously has delivered more than a few vehicles and I appreciate his know how and care in treating the truck as if it was his own! I will definitely use and recommend Stateway Auto in the future!
