We had a previous encounter with an auto transport company that was horrible. Their service was dishonest - they never actually showed up to take the car after guaranteeing that they would be there on time. They tried to charge us more than the contracted cost. And when I was finally able to get in touch with their service people, they were RUDE.
HOWEVER, State wide was absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! They were honest and up front with us. They made sure we understood the costs and "hidden" costs. State wide contacted us several times in advance of the car being picked up. They were early on both ends and very courteous. The driver was pleasant and went out of his way to make the pick up easy.
We will certainly use State wide again!!! I HIGHLY recommend them!
