What a pleasant experience. We were apprehensive, given the horror stories we heard about shipping cars. Both the driver and others from the company contacted us to tell us the date and time of pickup. The driver arrived within an hour of his estimate to retrieve our car on Nov 29. The company gave an estimated delivery date of Dec 12, but the driver said he expected to be in the new area by Dec 6 and the same driver who picked up our car delivered our car Dec 7th. What more can a customer ask?
