On a scale of 1-10, I would have to give Stateway Auto Transport a 10. Why? Simply because from start to finish they did everything they said they would. We received as many as 15 different quotes to our request for service from Florida to Washington State. Stateway was not the lowest but was very close to the lowest. My wife chose Stateway after doing some research. We were shipping an auto from Florida to my daughter in Washington.
Eric, who was our sales representative help me get through it, and took a deposit only after confirmation, and promised pickup in 1-7 days. It actually took only 3, and Dan- the driver-called and confirmed the pickup, then later called again as there was much traffic in the Tampa-Orlando corridor and told me me he would arrive later that night-which he did. The car was on it's way.
I gave my daughter Dan's number and she contacted him a few days later for an ETA. Since she lives in an area that is difficult to access with such a large car carrier she arranged to meet him in a nearby area that was easily accessible. Dan even told my daughter "not to drive too far with the car" as he noticed when he unloaded it that it was very low on gas. Dad's fault!
She received the car in the same condition as when I sent it and both of us are very happy with the Stateway Auto Transport Service and our driver. Based on the quotes we received we could have spent up to 40% more but i don't see how we could have gotten better service! Based on our experience I would heartily recommend Stateway.
