5, My wife and I had purchased a vehicle, yet due to our busy work schedules where unable to give up a day to get the car. I had never shipped a car before and was curious to give it a try. I had chosen another company based solely on price and was eager to get it moved and in our driveway after 10 days of flippant answers empty promises and no car, I was frustrated and gave up with that company. I placed a call to Stateway and spoke with Tim Reuben, I got more information in one 5 minute phone call with Tim than the last 10 days with the other company. Tim knew the answers and was honest, the website was professional and had a very good song playing in the background, I knew somebody there had good taste at least. I started the process with Stateway and was explained exactly what the parameters where and how the industry worked. A driver was assigned the next day and I had an excited smiling wife the following day. Ahhh results....... finally! Thanks Stateway and Mr. Tim.
