This was my first car hauling experience. I called and spoke to Susie; she informed me of what to expect and how the car gets moved. I was clueless as it was my first time. Reading through the agreement does give you concern, and what all can happen when the car is in transit. But given all the worry that goes with TRUST, I now have a much better Trust in Stateway. The move was exactly as described and the hauler was very nice when he delivered the car. Due to the fact I was in a neighborhood housing area, they picked a place only a few blocks to get the car. In my case I had to rely on friends in KY to arrange the pickup, that was also only a few blocks away. So I am very happy in all ways, my car had no damage. Very happy customer. I will use Stateway again on my next move.
