Our experience with Stateway Auto Transport was great start to finish. I made arrangements during the summer to transport our BMW to Florida. I talked with several different people at Stateway, and each of them was courteous and helpful. We had never shipped a car before and had a lot of questions. As it got closer to our pick-up date, I received a phone call and emails confirming our driver and pick-up.
We had the car detailed and put new tires on the week before pick-up, then loaded it on an open trailer, yikes! But our driver, Simon, was terrific and assured us that the car would arrive in excellent condition - which it did, albeit a little dirty. Simon was courteous, professional, communicative and on time at both ends of the journey.
I highly recommend Stateway and will use them again for my car transporting needs.
