I would definitely recommend using Stateway Auto Transport. Their prices were competitive and their service excellent. Once a driver was chosen, Eric from Stateway and the driver answered any questions I had about how to prepare my car and details about the trip itself. Dan, who worked for Rick White, came on the first day of the 7 day arrival time, he met me at a truck stop near my home and at a time that was preferable for me. Upon pick up, Dan answered all of my questions about how the car would be carried, what route he was taking and any other question I thought of asking him! He picked up the car from Yakima,Wa and arrived 3 days later in Minot,ND. He worked around my husband's work schedule to drop off the car. Dan was super nice and willing to meet us wherever and whenever was most convenient. The car arrived in great condition and my husband was just as pleased with the drop off process as I was with the pick up processl Both Stateway Auto Transport and the driver displayed great customer service and I would rate this experience a 5 out of 5 being excellent! I had received at least 5 quotes from different transport companies, Stateway Auto Transport was the most reasonable and they were able to explain the cost. Some quotes were extremely high without being able to explain why their company was charging $300. more for the exact trip.
