Your staff were excellent. The driver was excellent. The company the driver worked for lacked in scheduling the pickup - we had to call them several times to determine the pickup time. They seemed to lack in customer service, no answering service - took two days to reach someone. Once we did they said they couldn't tell us that they driver would decide and they didn't know what time he would be in that day. They seemed to not recognize/care we had other appointments. I called your staff and they also tried to reach them with no better luck.
