Overall I would rate Stateway a 5, but there are areas to improve. For example, the website is not very user friendly...when I went to the website to respond to the survey there is no location to take a survey. In addition stateway gives the impression that they use their own trucks ie; extracted from your website.

We Are a Carrier
unlike so many of our competitors, is a fully insured and licensed carrier. That means that we own our own trucks and that we cut out the middleman for our customers. Why is this important? Being a carrier is crucial in getting the vehicle moved as quickly and efficiently as possible."

In fact I was told that Stateway acts as a broker to move the vehicle and that a non stateway carrier moved my vehicle.

Trying to talk to an agent initially is a little difficult, but most returned my call within 1hr.

Again overall I was happy with the service, my car got there quick and undamaged and at the price promised and I would use the service again!
