This company had recieved great reviews so I decided to use them. Both their advertisement and when speaking to the person who I spoke with noted that the company is a carrier and broker and made it seem like they were going to be the carrier. The agent was very nice and reassuring and made it seem like he would be the person I would follow up with regarding the whole move. However I ended up being contacted by another carrier saying that they would like to pick up my car, which made me very confused. It was not until several days later that Stateway sent me an e-mail saying that this other company was going to be my carrier, which really frustrated me b/c I had specifically chosen stateway b/c of all their good reviews. (Plus the other carrier ended up saying they could pick the car up on the day that I asked but changed last minute and I had to find a friend to be there to inspect the car and give the keys to the carrier). This company however does have very good customer service and after posting a more frustrated review contacted me to help resolve the problem so you should contact them with any concerns.
