When I originally put in my information to have my car picked up, there was a mix up with when my car needed to be there and when they were going to pick it up. However, as soon as I notified Stateway Auto of the situation, they were more than willing to accomodate and changed the pick-up day for me so that I'd be able to pick it up on the specific day. I was travelling from Colorado to Massachusetts and just not having a car was stressful enough.
The driver was very nice to accomodate a last minute change in address as well when he arrived a day early to drop off my car. (I was staying at a hotel instead of my apartment). Overall I must say that I"m beyond satisfied with the service that I received through Stateway Auto. I would most definitely use them again!!!
