I looked up reviews for Stateway Auto Transport to make sure it's a reliable company since I never made such orders before to deliver my vehicle.

Most of the reviews I read are positive. And the price Stateway offers is reasonable and lower than most other companies i found. So I made order with it. I had trouble submitting the online order form, so I emailed the person associated with the email of quote sent to me earlier. The person got back to me the next day and made the order for me on phone. Then i got confirmation email (which had some typos but fixed later upon request) Then I got another email of detailed policies and delivery info.

The day before the initial day of pick up (the pick up is within 1-7 days starting from the first available day) Both Stateway and the delivery company (RAM) contacted me letting me know the time frame when my vehicle will be picked up. Next day, my vehicle was picked up as I expected. The driver gave me two calls before his destination to conform me his status (the delivery took about a bit more than 1 day). The vehicle was delivered one night earlier because another vehicle was not ready to be picked up.

I was very satisfied with the service, the companies are easy to get in touch with (i made 2 calls to the companies for questions) The driver has nice manner and is responsible.
