We had arranged for this company to pick up my son's car on a Friday in SC. This pick up was confirmed in an email Thursday, 24 hours before. My son waited all day for a call that never came on Friday. The company did not answer or call back despite several messages left. Finally on Saturday I received an email that did not apologize saying "we are stuck with low quality drivers". Still no returned calls. My son needs to fly home for a medical procedure. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This is sad.. we didnt even charge this guy anything.. plus here is proof of how some customers are hard to please...it goes to show that some customer are liars...
