Jp is very knowledgeable and accomodating. He saved me a trip from Vero Beach,Fl to Jacksonville, Fl (~400 miles round trip) by recommending that State 2 State Auto pick up the auto that arrived from Puerto from the originating transport company. Gilles was also very responsive when I was checking on the status of the Auto in-transit. Thanks for a job well done!
