We apologize for the delay in the transport of the customer's vehicle. We were in full communication with him at all times advising him that we were waiting to confirm a drivers load to head to his loaction. Unfortunetly, the location he was going too was not so busy and drivers were not able to get full loads heading that way. We never charged the customer any money and we continued to do our work to confirm a driver as fast as we could. The customer decided to cancel the order with us and drive the vehicle himself.
