We had this customer confirmed and scheduled for pickup twice with two different drivers. The first one had truck problems, so we confirmed the second driver for pick up. The customer thought we were lying to him even after we gave him all the details on both drivers and sent email confirmations to him with all the information. He decided to cancel on his own, so we had to cancel the driver for the scheduled pick up. We did everything on our part to move this car and on the customers own negligence, he decided to cancel his order with us.
