I called a few brokers who I got from an internet search. Two didn't answer, and one of those had no voice mail. The other I left a message at and they never called back. When I spoke with Amber from State2State that made up my mind. She was all calm, all knowledgable, and knew exactly my concerns, especiallly regarding the pickup from my 85-year-old parents.

S2S was not the least expensive nor the most expensive of those that I called. I chose them based on my 4-1/2 years of over the road big rig driving experience. I have dealt with all types of personnel in the shipping business, and I have to tell you, the three people I dealt with at State2State were among the best. Their demeanor, pleasantness, straightforwardness, and thoroughness are much appreciated. They never got tired of me asking questions or calling back.

The pickup was when they said it would be. The delivery was when they said it would be - which was the driver's good estimation. The driver, too, was extremely good natured and professional. Knew just what he was doing with the equipment. Apologies for going on and on here, but I like to let people know when there's good service out there. This service was worth every penny. I wanted to go with the least expensive, as usual, but when people don't have at least voice mail, or don't call you back, you have to wonder.

Thank you, State2State. This is the America I know and love!
