The booking was easy. Eric was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. What I am disgusted about is the way I was treated by another staff member yesterday. I called to inquire what their delivery deadline was for the company they contracted. Surprise, they don’t have one. The driver said I could expect a Thursday evening delivery and due to complications with his truck the delivery time was unknown. I was NOT ok with this. The guy who answered the phone was not helpful and quite insulting. I expressed my concern that it was a $40k vehicle and i wanted it ASAP. He stated you bought a vehicle for $40k and all you spent was $1k. Well yes! I actually was quoted $800 by others, chose you based off your reviews and then the DAY of you jacked up your price to $1000 instead of the $900 we agreed on initially? Whatever I just wanted my car. The jerk on the phone insinuated that I had only paid them $100, what did I expect? He then went on to say that Nebraska isn’t a prime spot so what did I expect? I don’t care who I paid what to or where I lived! I expected my car delivered as I was told! If Nebraska was an issue Eric should’ve said that up front! They weren’t even willing to advocate on my behalf as it would be my responsibility to discuss any price changes with the driver if he didn’t get here in time. Thanks Stars and Stripes you fell short! As for that uneducated clown you have working for you, you make want to take him off the phones. He clearly has ZERO mannerisms!
