I have never shipped a car before and I was really nervous about doing it. I shopped around a bit and Speedy was the cheapest. I called once before and spoke with Jordan and he kinda made me feel a little bit more comfortable about shipping my car. A few days later, I spoke with Corey and he answered all of my questions and I felt more at ease. He was very professional and very courteous. The company did charge my credit card for the deposit without my permission and when I called to speak with him, he quickly apologized for the mishap. He admitted that he forgot to inform the accounting department not to charge my card when he submitted my paperwork. There was no other mishaps with monies bieng exchanged. I got the driver's who would be hauling my car information and I was in contact with that person most of the time. Unfortunately, during the time that my car was being hauled the weather was terrible so the original driver had to abort my haul. I quickly called Corey and he had already found me another hauler at the same price that we had agreed on. Of course the new hauler had the same issue with the weather so he came late, which is understandable. Mike (the new driver) was in constant contact with me and he picked up the car when he said he would after all the issues with the weather. When the car made it here, I was unaware that I was supposed to look over the car before I signed for it. That was stupid on my part. My car had a broken tail light and when I called Mike to get it fixed, he refused and hung up in my face. I think Speedy is a good company to use and would most likely use them again and of course I would ask for Corey if I do. I do recommend that Speedy should evaluate the contract haulers that they use more carefully. So they don't get losers like Mike. When I called Corey about the problem, he quickly emailed me all of Mike's info so I can try to handle it with him. In closing, Speedy is a good company and Corey is definitely an awesome representative! JUST DONT USE MIKE!!! Here's Mike's info so no one else will use the loser!
