Poor customer service

I had high hopes with this company since it seemed to have good reviews. I worked with Jordan, but he was horrible with being in contact with me. I had to keep calling back and he would just say "we are still looking for a truck to pick up your car, but we can definetly do it" and then I would not hear anything for days. He was kind of rude when I would ask questions and didn't seem to care if he lost my business or not. He lied and said that I would have the same problem with any company I worked with, but I found Bluestar to be wonderful and they actually got the job done.
