I want to thank the people at SMS for being honest with me about brokering the transport of my brand new Lotus Esprit. They explained to me how it works and I felt ok with that.
The driver (Paul) was in contact via cell phone and kept me updated about his arrival. He delivered my car to me without a scratch.
The only negative was the car arrived a few days past what SMS told it would. However, I would gladly trade a few days for the quality of the transportation.
Overall....I highly recommend SMS.
