No complaints. It took longer than I expected, but I am pleased overall with the service. Car was in the same condition it left in. It took about 10 days for them to pick up the car. Then the truck broke down the day after it picked up my car, and it was stranded for a week. After it was fixed, the truck took another week or so to get here. So overall it took about 23 days--10 days waiting for shipment, and 13 days before it got here.

The car arrived in good condition, and I was able to contact the driver intermittenly on his cell phone to monitor his progress. I guess he was in 'dead zones' but he always returned my phone calls.

I would definitely use them again, as long as I wasn't in a huge rush.
