Super nice, friendly and knowledgable people (owner Don Ferris was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything to me, as I'm a first timer at this sort of thing), good communication, fair price (not the cheapest, not the most expensive), super fast delivery (four days from TX to WA with only two days notice and in the midst of numerous snowstorms -- the driver said he was used to driving in Siberia, so he liked snow), and they took good care of my truck -- in short, excellent experience, no complaints at all. Absolutely the best!
