SMS is just excellent!!! I filled out the free quote order online and they gave me the cost of the shipping of my car. Later the same day, Dee called me and told me a carrier will be available on 6/16/06 to pick up my toyota camry 1999. After I paid my $195 deposit, Tasha (dispatcher) called me and confirmed that a carrier will come by and pick up my car as scheduled on June 16. Dee and Tasha were excellent. The carrier (Trans-safe Auto) was very good and professional. Eddie was the driver. He came a day earlier than scheduled to pick up my car in Texas. He called me hours before he picked up my car and kept me informed throughout the trip as to where he was and how soon he will drop off my car in Alabama. Eddie was very good. SMS is really the best company out there for transport of cars/trucks. My whole experience with them was so stress- free. I am so glad that I chose SMS, and I will definitely use them again to transport my car. My car was delivered to me in very good condition. NO DAMAGES.
USE SMS, THEY ARE VERY HONEST, AND YOUR CAR WILL BE PICKED UP AND DELIVERED ON TIME!!!! They really deserve their five star ratings!!
