We apologize for this customer’s poor experience and understand the customer’s frustration.
Specialty Mobile will act as a liason when there is unfortunate damages to a vehicle. We provide information to the customer for the carrier, and at that point the issue is in the hands of the customer, the carrier and the insurance company.
