Wonderful Exeperince with Speciality Mobile

I want to applaud Speciality Mobile for the outstanding service. I needed to ship my daugther's car from Ohio to Califonia and had never used this type of service before.

After doing weeks of research and contacting at least 6 vendors I deceided on Specialty Mobile.

I picked them for a number of reasons, including thier rating on this web site. But what sold me was when I called to ask questions. I spoke with Denise and she was very knowlegable and didn't mind spending time answering my questions. She was professional and showed that she cared about my concerns. I called her at least 3 times to ask follow up questions and she was pleasant during each call.

Thier quoted price was a little higher than other vendors but when sending a car across country and I was willing to pay the extra 100.00 or so for good service. And I am gald I did!

The move was brokered out to Ark Transport out of New York. The car was picked up Wednesday evening and arrived to my daughter Sunday morning.

The driver was through and explained the process to me. He gave me his cell phone number in case I wanted to contact him along the way. (I didn't)

He called my daugther the day before his arrival and gave her the estimated delivery time.

The car arrived on time and without any damage. Great Work Specialty and Ark!
