The staff at SMS was great to deal with. Customer service is excellent. My only problem is with the company they "subbed" the job out to (FREIGHTPORT). The driver for that company never called me to advise me the pickup went OK. In fact, I really do not know exactly what date the car was picked up. Then I found out the car sat it the subcontactor's terminal, only 1.5 hours from my home, from Saturday until it was delivered on the following Wednesday morining. That company's communication was very poor. "D" from SMS made all the calls to the sub and got the car delivered to me. If I had another vehicle move, I would seroiusly consider waiting for SMS to transport the vehicle on their OWN carrier. SMS knows how to treat customers.
