Overall, we were very happy with Amy and Dee of Specialty Mobile. They did an excellent job and so did the actual carrier, TDK Transports and Brian, driver, stayed in touch with us and returned our calls very promtly. HOWEVER, there was a misunderstanding between the Broker and the Carrier as to exactly when the car was to be delivered. We had specified that the car arrive in then city of pickup in California after 12:00 noon on the 25th of October and to be picked up sometime that afternoon. Somehow this got lost between Amy's office and Brian's office. I spoke to Dee and it clearly shows on her records that it was to be delivered on the afternoon of the 25th of October. This was a Saturday. We did not get the car until the following Monday around mid morning. As a result, we had to get a rental car for two days.
