Specialty Mobile was very helpful and accomodating with my auto transfer. They allowed me some flexibilty because I had to change the date. The transporter was one day late in their pick up but that was not a big problem for me. They were picking up quite a few cars in California and got a little hung up. I was able to speak with the driver on regular basis and get an exact time of delivery in Massachusetts. The car arrived with no damage. Dee, Amy and Denise at Specialty Mobile were helpful and communicated with me regularly during the transportation. They were great to deal with and very professional. Rhonda and Kevin of Auto Transporting Specialists (drivers) were easy to deal with and gave me access to their cell phone while on the road. This was a smooth transportation from coast to coast.
