Overall I had an excellent experience with Specialty Mobile Systems. Dee, at Specialty was very helpful answering my questions, scheduling a carrier, and setting up a pickup and delivery date. They were right on target with the time frame they initially arranged. The carrier that they provided was also excellent. John, the driver, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. My Volvo was carefully placed on the truck in Connecticut and arrived in California in the same condition, 1 week later. In addition, I expected an open trailer at pickup and was pleasantly surprised to see that my car was going to be on an enclosed trailer. My only qualm was that I was told I would receive a call from the driver 24-48 hours prior to pick-up and delivery but received a call the day of. I would reccommend Specialty Mobile Systems very highly.
