Good Recovery after Bad Start

Specialty Mobile acted as the broker contracting with the actual carrier. The first firm they contracted with never showed up on the pick up date, and would not return phone calls from me or Specialty Mobile.

On the plus side, the folks at Specialty Mobile were very professional and they subcontracted with another firm (I believe it was Wayne Auto Transport) who did a great job picking up the vehicle and delivering it in 2 days to the desination. I haven't been able to verify the delivered condition of the vehicle, but I'm not aware of any issues.

The quote for the transport was not the lowest, but I went with Specialty based primarily on the reviews presented on this site. I would be comfortable dealing with them again, although I'd prefer to deal directly with the transporter if possible.
