Never Even Picked Up My Car! Terrible!

This company was an absolute nightmare. The initial carriers they used miscalculated the height of my car and decided they could not take, so Specialty had to look reassign it to a new company. After that occurred Denisea called that company "Complete idiots." Now why would Specialty Mobile contract a company that they know is inept and incapable of doing their job? While it only took Specialty one day to assign it the first time, the second time around, after they had of course already collected their deposit, I sat waiting for THREE WEEKS for them to move my car-with NO RESULTS. Worst of all their manager Don Ferris is completely rude and unbusinesslike. After they completely failed to deliver I told him that I would be contacting the BBB, their local Chamber of Commerce and writing a review on this website, he then told me "Oh, it looks like you really know some people. Why don't you go down to Pennsylvania Avenue."
