I was very nervous about transporting my car from new jersey to illinois so I did alot of research on the net. After reading the reviews about SMS, I took the plunge. I was not let down! The customer service was excellent! Very friendly and personable... and always accessible. I called in to place my order on friday afternoon. By monday afternoon I got a call that my car was being picked up.... and can you believe it... they told me my car would be in chicago by the next day!! Despite some truck problems, Curtis with Choo Choo Trolley was able to deliver the car by the evening the following day. The car arrived on a flatbed trailer, one of only two cars. I was very very pleased with the service. Highly recommended. Thanks SMS..
