Very honest and open, I was updated on the progress promptly, and the pick-up and delivery were very prompt and I received my car dirty which was totally acceptable given the fact that it was open trailer. I had an extra cargo in the car which increased the cost slightly but was refunded by Amy and Dee with deepest apologies and sincerity. I would definitely use this carrier/broker again knowing that my car would be perfectly fine and I definitely recommend them to anyone unsure who to use or afraid that they might get their car damaged or not taken care of.
