I had researched and read about possible issues/ problems with shipping a car. I used a broker, Hilton, out of Torrance, CA. Nichole set me up with Star Fleet Trucking, based in Goshen, Indiana.
I had requested a pick up date of asap. The next morning Jim called from Star Fleet; as he had a big rig and it could not be navigated through my neighborhood, my daughter dropped off her car at a meeting place near the freeway and he waited with her until her ride home arrived.
Jim was timely, we had issues with car being delivered, (our fault), as we had to have a third party receive the car. Jim helped out in that respect as well.
My price included broker's fee.
