Lowest costs is not always the best

First time transporting a car, and we had to get from Florida to Olympia, Washington. Everything was done on our end at the last minute. SBT was able to accommodate our scheduling needs with firm and accurate pick-up and delivery times.

These companies are only as good as the owner-operators they use. SBT does its research on the companies that is assigns jobs to, and it shows. Not sure what would happen, but it turned out be be a very uneventful, low stress, experience. Exactly what I had hoped for, but knowing the commercial trucking business as I do, I know there are no guarantees. That is where SBT screening of the companies it uses to transport the vehicle comes in. They don't use companies that perform badly.

The company that hauled our car was very responsive, and performed flawlessly.

And no, I am not related with anyone with SBT.

I will not hesitate to use them again, and will recommend them to anyone I know who is looking too transport a car.
