This was my first time transporting a vehicle. I sent my Toyota 4x4 pick up truck home to my dad in Indiana. The entire experience went very smoothly from start to finish. I had a little trouble signing the paperwork on line but Jim was very patient with me and we finally got it done. I was kept up dated on the driver's arrival time the day of pick up. The driver was very courteous and professional. He made the pick up very easy. The truck actually arrived a day early to my dad, everything went very smoothly for my dad as well. I felt the price was fair and so did my dad. I would definitely use South Beach Transport again if the need ever arises and will recommend them to friends, co-workers and family.
