Fabulous Service from South Beach Transport!!

When I put an e-mail out for bids on transporting my car from Hawaii to New Jersey, I was bombarded with a plethora of quotes from at least a dozen transport companies. After reading the numerous positive reviews for South Beach, I did not even consider another company! The bonus was that South Beach also came in with the best quote! My primary contact was Ricky Leon. I cannot say anything but terrific things about his level of service from start to finish. His follow-through was like nothing I have ever experienced before. He kept me apprised of what was going to happen and what happening through the entire process. In spite of the six-hour time difference between Hawaii and his office, Ricky made himself available for questions 24/7. Everything happened as described. The driver of the truck contacted me four times to provide delivery updates. He even provided a time window of one-half hour for delivery and came within the time frame! My car was delivered in perfect condition. I am thrilled with the service we received and give a glowing "10" recommendation to Ricky and his company. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them without hesitation.
