I called South Beach Transport and spoke to Iris. Who from the very start was nothing , but nice and attentive. I have to admit that I was a pain . Cause I kept changing the date and the address, but the whole time she did nothing, but understand and was great and always had a positive attitude. No matter what time I called her I could talk to her, And if she couldn't answer at that moment she was very prompt about calling me back and answering my questions. She pretty much help my hand through the whole process as this was my first time using a transport company and was more then nervous. My vehicle was not only picked up on time, but delivered on time and clean. Driver was very easy to talk to and called me to keep me updated on my vehicle and it's transport. Thank you to both Iris and the Driver you guys were more then helpful. I will recommend South Beach Transport to everyone I know that ever needs to transport. And if I ever need to transport again I will definitely call Iris over at South Beach Transport.
