The South Beach rep was helpful and friendly and, as unbelievable as it sounds, my car was on its way in a couple of hours since placing my order. Their pricing was competitive, slightly below the average of about 10 quotes that I had received. The driver arrived a bit later than originally planned due to a technical problem with his truck, but called and informed me right away about it, and estimated a new arrival time. Best of all he kept his promise. Overall, he came across as a friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy man. I will definitely entrust Southwest Beach Transport with my future transportation needs.
