The total process of transporting my auto from NH to NC was flawless. Robert Martin at South Beach Transport was thorough in his explanation of the process (1st time for me). He answered all my questions. He did so via e-mail and phone, even after I signed the contract .
The online contract signing was easy.
Brad, the driver for A&J Transport of TN, called me and offered an early pickup. He didn't pressure me to do an early P/U. He was polite and pleasant to talk to.
He arrived at the destination as he estimated. My son stated all went well at delivery.
