My experience with South Beach Transport was wonderful. South Beach Transport was more than accomodating throughout the whole scheduling process. I on two occassions informed them that my car was ready for pick up not knowing that it was actually unavailable for pick up. My communication with John was excellent and again felt very bad for giving them false availability information. John was very understanding with regards to the situation and when the car was finally really ready he scrambled and from the time I confirmed to them that it was a go to the time my car arrived was less than five days. Again, I in this case not meaning to be but was a semi difficult client and they took care of everything beautifully! Thank you to South Beach Transport for all of your assistance throughout this process. Great Job!
