To be Frank the company a 3 star but Mike an absolute 5 star support keeping things afloat with this firm for me. Went beyond his way to help me out. Not sure what is last name was but try to request Mike as your support.
The biggest issue I face apart from that was the customer support team for after hours don’t have access to the dispatch tool at all so they barely have any update for you. Most likely a process thing but still is annoying.
